He is survived by: his nephew Richard Callaghan; his husband Michael Brown of Brentwood, Tennessee; and his siblings, Thomas Pulley (Vanesa) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Mildred Pulley Gregory of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
