He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Steppe and Ruth Virginia Hendrick Steppe; and his sister Patricia Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Diane Steppe; and his children, Jennifer Brown, Tim Steppe and Chad Hoy (Michelle). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
