He is survived by: his parents, William Carter and Amber Carter of Brighton, TN.; his siblings, Gavin Carter of Petersburg, VA, Ian Carter (Lauren) of Mena, AR and Ava Grace Carter of Brighton, TN.; his grandparents, Paul, Lynda Carter of Atoka, TN, Don and Vickie Albright; his stepgrandfather Steve Lamb of Brazil, IN.; his great-grandparent Trudy Munn of Sierra Vista, AZ.; his uncle Aaron Carter (Sarah) of Bartlett, TN; and his aunt Heather Payton (Todd) of Greensburg, PA.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the River of Life Church (8850 US-51, Millington, TN 38053). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
