He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Knox Hughes Sr. and Roberta Hughes Sr.; and his sister Allison Denise Hughes. He is survived by: his sons, Derek L. Hurt and Deon A. Hughes; his siblings, Robin Hughes of Richmond, VA, Landon Richmond of Knoxville, TN and Kisha Richmond of Knoxville, TN; his granddaughters, Bella Hurt, Lotus-Bliss Hurt, Zhuri Hughes and Zamora Hughes; his nephew Donovan Johnson of Richmond, VA; and his aunt Barbara Lewis. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
