It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Branner G. Dixon (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Nowella Wellington Dixon; his daughter Linda Ann; his parents, Branner Glen Dixon Sr. and Evelyn H. Dixon; and his grandson Travis Payne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda, Edwina and Monica; and his siblings, Eugene (Terry), Winfred, Vernell, Brenda and Evelyn. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lee Street Baptist Church (1 W Mary St, Bristol, VA 24201). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Eastern Heights Cemetery (421 Old Jonesboro Rd, Bristol, TN 37620).
