She is survived by: her children, Jeff Wingate (Angela), Lisa Tillison (Russell) and Shannon Smith (Kevin); her grandchild Scottie Thomas (Dave); her children, Alex Duckett (Zoe), Haley Lawson (Travis), Jamie Duckett (Ashley), Hunter Clark (Chris) and Ashley Silmon (Zach); and her caregiver Kathy Hayden. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
