He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie James Smith and Shirlean Meade Smith; his wife Debra Kay Smith; and his brother Stevie Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Osborne (Duane) of Coeburn, Virginia and Shana Lederer (Alex) of Taylorsville; his siblings, Linda Nickels (Greg), Diann Rooker (Alex) and Mike Smith (Betty); and his grandchildren, Grayson, Josh, Gabe, Jensen, Gabriel, Jaxon and Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many friends.
