He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Johnson and Belle Johnson; his brothers, Allen, Odell and Scott; his wife Linda; his girlfriend Shirley Dempsey; and his stepson Brian Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Hartsock and Rocky Johnson (Heather); his brother Frank Johnson (Betty); and his grandchildren, Zoe Belle, Siera, Micheal, Kyla and Devon.
