It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Lee Sluder of Bristol, Tennessee, born in Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Sluder and Ruby Sluder (Fritz); his brother Fred Sluder; his son-in-law Christopher Caudill; and his sister Helen Sluder.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Sluder (Burchfield); his daughter Heather Caudill-Valdez (Joseph Valdez II); his grandsons, Christopher Caudill II (Hannah Hughes), Danny Caudill and Evan Caudill; his great grandchild Briggs Caudill; and his siblings, Betty Shaffer (Don), James Sluder (Bonnie) and Sandy Turner (Roy). He is also survived by several other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
