Darrell Browning Obituary
We announce the death of Darrell Browning in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 58. Darrell will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie "Jerry" Browning, Sr. and Wilma B. Browning; his sister Brenda Browning; and his nephew Maxwell Corey Wampler. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Helton (Gene), Elaine Stanley (Jim), Charlie "Buster" Browning (Mary Lou), Wayne Browning (Judy), Greg Browning (Teresa), Robert "Bob" Browning (Charlene) and L. C. Browning (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia.
