She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Williams and Christine Williams Ely; her husband Paul Franklin Cook; and her brother Paul Williams Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Erin Kistner Cusaac (Brett Cusaac); and her stepsons, Brad Cook (Karen Cook) and Byron Cook (Pam Cook).
