He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel A. Tedder and Ethel Jones Tedder; his wife Nina Myrtle Arnold Tedder; his daughter Janice Carolyn Tedder; and his brothers, Ralph Tedder and Howard Tedder.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Ray Tedder (Deborah) of Bristol, TN and Orville Bruce Tedder (Joan) of Fayetteville, NC; his siblings, Pauline Johnson of Mountain City, TN, Ruby Stout of Mountain City, TN, Betty Tedder of Mountain City, TN, Gladys Garmon of Newark, Delaware and Bruce Tedder; his grandchildren, David Tedder, Sarah Tedder Newman and Jonathan Tedder; and his great grandchildren, Sara, Oliver, Adalynn, Matthias, Isabelle and Emilia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hammons Chapel Christian Church.
