He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee McLain and Ruth Kaylor McLain. He is survived by: his wife Gaye Farris McLain; his daughters, Sherry McLain Hodge (Jeff) and Cindy McLain Burke (Stephen); his grandchildren, Emily Henderson (Aaron), Evan Hodge (Kylie), Grayson Burke and Ainsley Burke; his sisters, Betty McLain Cawood and Evelyn McLain Salyer; and his nephews, Gary McLain, Jeff McLain and Greg Salyer.
