She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Massengale Burnette and Goldie Fraley Burnette; her husband Ronald "Ronnie" G. Shuttle; her sister Nancy Marie Burnette; and her half-siblings, Herbert Burnette, James Burnette and Helen Odell.
She is survived by: her brother Jack Burnette (Louise) of Raleigh, NC; her nieces and nephews, Gary Burnette (Sami) of Raleigh, Randall Burnette, Mikki Cleaveland of Atlanta and Joyce Bishop of Bramwell, WV; her great-nephews, Benjamin Burnette of Raleigh and Matthew Burnette of Raleigh; and her great-niece Jenna Burnette of Atlanta.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM at the Blevins Funeral and Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Glenwood Cemetery (839 Bluff City Hwy, Bristol, TN 37620).
