He was predeceased by : his parents, Grady Harr and Fannie Harr; his daughter Sarah Marie Harr; his parents-in-law, Carroll Gray and Eloise Gray; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Gray, Ann Harr, Carol Harr and Carroll Gray (Tubby).

He is survived by : his wife Pam Harr; his children, Laura Gene Chandler (Matthew) and Madison Ann Snellings (Russell); and his grandchildren, Aubrey Marie Chandler, Presley Gene Snellings, Katherine Elizabeth Chandler (Kate) and Reagan Gray Snellings.
