It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garmon Moore (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Garmon Moore to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Loretta Moore; his parent Bessie Moore Hardy; and his sister Libby Hardy. He is survived by: his son Cornelius (Deborah) of Charlotte, NC; his granddaughter Dominique; his wife Joyce; his siblings, Fred Moore, Thomas Hardy of Morganton, NC, Delois Lipford and Louise Tate of Morganton; his siblings-in-law, Robert Dean Gray of Shelby, MS, Peggy Enochs of Nashville, TN, JoWanda Bozeman of St. Louis, MO and Patricia Gibbs (Tom); and his grandchildren, Cydney and Christopher.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to John Wesley United Methodist Church, 311 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201.
