He was predeceased by: his father Luther S. Hoskins; and his sister Kathy L. Cole. He is survived by: his mother Wanda L. Hoskins; his siblings, Claud Hoskins (Tammy Roberts) and Dawn A. Wright (Tim); and his brother-in-law Sam Cole. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tennessee High School Football Program, in memory of Harvie.
