She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Mellett and Annette Mellett; and her sisters, Susan Mellett and Marilyn Mellett. She is survived by: her son Joshua B Henley of Tucson; her granddaughter Madison Alysha Hassler (Kurt) of Charlotte; and her siblings, Barbara M Walsh of Indianapolis and J. Quentin Mellett (Kara) of Charlotte. She is also survived by niece and three nephews, as well as several great nieces and nephews.
