We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2024, at the age of 82, James Albert Wingate Jr. of Bristol, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Albert and Elsie France Tiller Wingate. He is survived by : his wife Carol Elaine Leonard Wingate; his children, Jeff Wingate (Angela), Lisa Tillison (Russell) and Shannon Smith (Kevin); his brothers, Gary Wingate, Larry Wingate (Susie), Robin Wingate (Susie) and Terry Wingate (Patty); his grandchildren, Scottie Thomas (Dave), Alex Duckett (Zoe), Haley Lawson (Travis), Jamie Duckett (Ashley), Hunter Clark (Chris) and Ashley Silmon (Zach); and his pet JJ. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
