With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Allen Garrett (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on March 30, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Garrett, Sr. and Margaret Garrett; his brother Robert "Bob" Garrett, Jr.; his mother-in-law Mary Kiser Ferguson; and his brother-in-law Roger Kiser.

He is survived by: his wife Billie Sue Garrett; and his siblings, Deloros Garrett, James "Jim" Garrett and Howard Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked to be sent to South Bristol United Methodist Church at 1801 Southside Ave, Bristol, TN 37620.
