She is survived by: her husband Darrell Cole, Sr.; her son Darrell Cole, Jr. (Buck); her daughters-in-law, DJ (Nicholas Cole) of Johnson City, TN and Kimberly of Gray, TN; her grandchildren, Jordan, Simon Cole of Johnson City, TN, Madison, Morgan Cole of Bluff City, TN and Briley Graybeal of Gray, TN; her sister Paula Mays Keene; her siblings-in-law, Jeff of Pounding Mill, VA, Connie Cole Justice, Robert of Gray, TN and Lois Smith of Manchester, CT; her stepmother Wanda Mays of Abingdon, VA; her sibling's children, Crystal Lee of Clarkston, MI, Mallorie Street of Rowe, VA, Jeff Smith of Columbia, CT, Robert Smith of Manchester, CT, Wesley Mays of Richlands, VA and Dylan Mays of Pounding Mill, VA; her uncle Doug Mays; and her aunts, Alice Casey Hess "Punkin" of Chilhowie, VA, Carolyn McClanahan of Abingdon, VA and Margaret Casey of Lebanon, VA. She is also survived by several cousins, great nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cemetery Are Asked. A committal service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenhills Memory Gardens (11800 Gov G C Peery Hwy, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609).
