He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clyde and Pearl Boyd Rasnake; his brother Jeremy Cannon; his uncles, Jackie, Hershel, Hadley and Scott; and his aunt Mozelle Guffey.

He is survived by: his fiancé Ashley Leonard; his pet Gidget; his parents, Gary Congdon and Loretta Congdon; his brother Jason (Jessica); his sibling's children, Michael and Kenley; his aunts and uncles, Harmon Rasnake (Peggy), Leon Rasnake (Carol), Shirley Watson and Willetta Jackson (Eddie); and also Mike Allen.
