With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry G. Absher of Bristol, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Absher and Carrie Absher; and his brothers, Jerry Absher, Travis Absher and David Absher.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Boyd Absher; his daughters, Melissa Wright (Marty) and Terri Absher (Jeffrey); his granddaughters, McKenna Christian (Kenny), Grace Hooper (Travis) and Carrie Cantrell (Marcus); his siblings, Joel Absher (Dolly), Wayne Absher (Aletta), Coy Absher (Effie), Karen Johnson (Danny) and Lois Osborne (Tommy); and his sisters-in-law, Emma Absher, Ann Absher and Linda Absher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
