She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Fuller and Kemper Fuller; her grandmother Bessie Williams; her husband Vernard Douberly; and her granddaughter Chelsea Lambert.
She is survived by: her children, David Combs and Seletia Arnold (Tommy); her brothers, Kemper Fuller Jr. and Gary Fuller; her aunts, Ezzel Gates of Tazewell and Tootsie of Abingdon, Virginia; and her caregivers, Kalena, Nikki and Cissy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
