She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Reed; and her parents, Jaak Van and Louisa Van (Sanden). She is survived by: her daughter Karen Maden (John); her grandson Adam Maden (Melodie); her brother Hugo Van (Alice); her siblings-in-law, Richard and Tammy Reed; and her close friend George Kendall.
