Mary Ann Sturgill Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 9, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Mary Ann Sturgill of Bristol, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, King Sturgill and Agnes Sturgill of Bristol; and her brothers, Ray Sturgill, N. C., Bobby Sturgill and Jerry Sturgill.

She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Morris of Bristol, Gaye Phillippi of Knoxville and Gary Sturgill of Lebanon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as grand-nieces/nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bristol Animal Shelter or the American Heart Association.
