She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Carter; her children, Brady Carter (Kelsie), Kendall Carter Sampson (Trevor), Mindy Carter (Jeanette DeJesus), Cayce, Jayce and Draya Ferguson; her granddaughter Bellamie Ann Carter; and her siblings, Betty Brown (Paul), Amy Williams (Doug) and Richard Bowie (Phyllis). She is also survived by horses and dogs.
