It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ora Gay Boyd in Bristol, Tennessee, born in Davenport, Virginia, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Linza Breeding and Madaline Ratliff Breeding; her husband Brady Boyd; her grandson Matthew Rasnake; and her siblings, Linza Breeding, Jr., Sophie Johnson, Loretta Boyd, Herman Breeding and Curtis Breeding.

She is survived by : her children, Sonny Boyd (Merle) of Adamsville, Denny Boyd (Ermaline) of Lebanon, Carol Borders (Johnny) of Bristol, Ronnie Boyd (Terry) of Adamsville, Glenda Shipman (Ken) of Portland, Debbie O'Quinn (Keith) of Lebanon and Kim Edwards (Delmon) of Haysi. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
