He is survived by: his mother Jerry Blevins, Sr.; his daughters, Isabella Grace and Rikki Raiden; his siblings, Jerry Blevins Jr., Andrea Casey (Zack), Bo Blevins (Miranda) and Chris Ruff; his grandmothers, Patsy Gouge and Ruby Blevins; and his mother Juanita. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew.
