He was predeceased by : his former life partner Shifra Hoffnung (Cohen); his wife Audrey Hoffnung (Hagadus); his siblings, Ann Teitelbaum (Hoffnung), Rose Appelbaum (Hoffnung) and Seymour Hoffnung; and his parents, Max and Lena.
He is survived by : his children, Hope Hoetzer-Cook, Jack Hoffnung (Kimberly) and Lee David Hoffnung (Wendy); his grandson David Aaron Hoffnung; and his stepson Richard Oppenheim. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
