He is survived by: his wife Sarah Mosier Stallings of Brownsville, TN; his sons, David Perry of Metairie, LA, Thomas Stallings of Columbus, OH and Andrew Stallings of New Orleans, LA.; his sister Gloria Stallings Mayfield (Gary) of Rio Rancho, NM; and his cousins, David Littlejohn and Russell Graves.
