She is survived by: her husband Jerry West; her daughters, Lavell McBride and Tammy Burton (Tommy); her siblings, Wanda Luther and Roy Lynn Blankingship; her grandchildren, Terri Lynn White, Matthew McBride (Kayla), J. T. Campbell (Katie) and Kaitlyn Starnes (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Chloe White, Cason White, William McBride, Corbin Campbell and Owen Campbell.
The family has requested memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
