He is survived by: his wife June Frances Weiss Taylor; his children, Thomas Taylor (Cheri) and Jacqueline Tente (Jimmy); and his siblings, J. C. Taylor, Jr. (Robbie Sue), Joann Taylor White Moore, Peggy Jean Taylor Herron, Betty Jane Oswald, Brenda Lou Austin (Lee) and Marilyn Ray.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home (1280 S Dupree St, Brownsville, TN 38012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brownsville Memorial Gardens (2488 US-70, Brownsville, TN 38012).
