She was predeceased by: her husbands, Billy Sullivan, Carl Brummett and James Hopper; her siblings, James Roy Smith, Jr. (Bubba), Martha Hendrix, Syble Lott, Betty Ann Johnson, Katherine Milam and Melba Smith; and her daughter-in-law Vicki Sullivan.
She is survived by: her son Bill Sullivan; and her grandson Joey Sullivan.
