He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark Mann and Peggy Milam Mann. He is survived by : his wife Maria Rosales Mann of Brownsville, TN; and his brother Phillip W. Mann (Stacy) of Bourbonnais, IL..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home (1280 S Dupree St, Brownsville, TN 38012). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Brownsville Memorial Gardens (2488 US-70, Brownsville, TN 38012).
