He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Baggett and Lillie Belle Baynes Baggett; his brother Clarence Baggett, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Delois. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith Baggett; his son Tony Baggett (Lisa); his sister-in-law Dr. Deborah Smith; his niece Susan Baggett; his grandchildren, Anthony Baggett (Lacey) and Laura Leigh Baggett; and his great grandchild George Baggett.
