He is survived by: his wife Josephine Manning; his children, Nedra Taylor (Jimmie), Otha Ray Manning Jr. (Melissa), James Manning (Denean), Marvin Manning (Tanya) and Delmar Perry (Audrey); his siblings, Angie Manning, Ida Haynes, Birdanna Wesley, Linda French, Pinky Lee Jackson (Steele), Hosie Manning (Ethel Mae), Truman Manning and Allen Manning (Kathy); and his nieces, Carolyn Bond and Cissy Richmond (Redd).
