He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Rowland and Nellie Mae Foster Rowland; and his son Gregory Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kendrick Rowland; his daughters, Patricia Dushaj of Clawson, MI and Aimee Rowland of Muse, PA; his sister Carolyn Rhodes of Huntley, IL.; his grandchildren, Justin Bauer, Rachel Bauer, Gabriele Dushaj, Gavin Dushaj and Brewer Rowland (Alisha); and his great grandchildren, Khloe Webster, Owen Shayna, Oliver Smith, Olivia Smith, Ainsley Rowland, Bentley Mendoza and Taelynn Emery.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brownsville Funeral Home (107 S Lafayette Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Zion Methodist Church Cemetery (1732 Rudolph Rd, Brownsville, TN 38012).
