He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Jo Kellum. He is survived by: his father Thermound Kellum; and his sisters, Kathy Taylor (Mark), Sylvia Price (Bill) and Ashley Coulston (Rodney). He is also survived by five nephews, two nieces, and five great-nieces and great nephews, along with many other relatives and friends.
