He was predeceased by : his mother Ruth Hall Rochelle; and his sister Robyn Carroll. He is survived by : his wife Melissa Cox of Bruceton, Tennessee; his daughters, Kaitlyn Cox (Austin Starr) of Bruceton and Kristen Cox of Camden, Tennessee; his father Richard Cox of Big Sandy, Tennessee; his siblings, Dawn Patterson (Randall) of Jackson, Shawn Sumner of Martin, Christy Cain (Luke) of Medina, Brittany Neely (Warren) of Milan, Tennessee and Adam Lowery of Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Riley Kate Starr and William Waylon Starr. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
