He is survived by: his wife Christine Brandhorst Misker; his children, Jim Butcher of Buchanan, TN, Laura Miller of Herrin, IL, Meredith Misker (Rob D.) of St. Louis, MO and Tammy Misker of Herrin, IL; his brother Britton Misker (Debbie) of Herrin, IL; his grandchildren, Kimberly Butcher, Luke Hileman and Sully Pullum; and his great grandchildren, Josilyne Smith, Ella Smith and Ember Smith.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
