He is survived by: his daughter Tara Parker (Rusty) of Germantown, TN; his fiancé Celinda Keech of Buchanan, TN; his siblings, Cynthia Hellert (Richard) of Lyndonville, NY, Brian Anstey (Pamela Bloom) of Bloomfield Hills, MI and Brad Anstey (Pamela Tuohey) of Medina, NY; and his grandchildren, Della Parker and Grey Parker.
