He is survived by : his wife Gini Routon Williams of Paris, TN; his sister Nancy Mullins of Memphis, TN; his children, Katelynn Thompson Williams of Oak Park, IL, Thomas Routon Williams of Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Arthur Burton Williams (Alaine) of Cincinnati, OH and James Curtis Williams (Jessica) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Nathaniel and Amelia Williams of Cincinnati, OH; and his son Theodore Williams of Chicago, IL..

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
