He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Wheeler Love and Lona Beatrice Coy Love; his daughter Angela Elliott; and his sisters, Agnes Lyon and Betty Travis.

He is survived by: his wife Edith Harrison Love; his daughters, Cheryl Houlton (Dennis) of Muskogee, OK and Debbie Babel (Claus) of Muskogee, OK; and his grandsons, David Love of Buchanan, TN. and Darrell Love of Buchanan, TN..
