He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dyer Hale, Sr. and Betty Elizabeth Overbey Hale. He is survived by: his children, Norman "Skip" Hale, III (Melinda) of Louisville, KY, Brian Hale (Krystal) of Cape Coral, FL, Anthony Dyer Hale of Owensboro, KY, Mikki Hutchens (James) of Murray, KY and Kelly Miller of Owensboro, KY; and his brothers, Kent Hale (Diana) of Murray, KY and John Mark Hale (Kaye) of Cabool, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
