He was predeceased by : his mother Janice McCloud Reagan; and his sister Colleen Reagan. He is survived by : his father Patrick "Butch" Reagan; his children, Teia Adams (Bo) of Buchanan, TN and Patrick "Moe" Reagan (Kelsea) of Puryear, TN; his siblings, Teresa Dunk (Tommy), Mary Shapton (Bob), Kathleen Reagan of Grand Rapids, MI and Mike Reagan of Grand Rapids, MI; and his grandchildren, Sadie Adams, Austin Adams, Kase Reagan and Rorea Reagan.

Memorials may be made to the R.E.A.L. Hope Youth Center, PO Box 283, Paris, TN 38242.
