As Rosalie departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rosalie may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rosalie leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Shaw and Caroline Wilkes; and her husband Paul D. Setlech Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Paul D. Setlech Jr. of Peoria, IL and Debra Anderson Moorefield of Southport, NC. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
