He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ralph Rowlett and Betty Lorraine Staggs Rowlett. He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. Harold Hughes (Terry), Lawrence Hughes (Portia) and Donna Kieft (Jeffrey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
