He is survived by: his daughter Ginger Smith of Chestnut Mound, TN.; his granddaughter Kelsie Smith of Chestnut Mound, TN.; his brother Russell Allen Woodard (Wanda) of Rome, TN.; his great grandchildren, Charlie Smith and Brayden Smith; and his sibling's children, Russell Woodard, Jr., Casey Woodard (Tracie), Dakota Lyles (Marinda) and Kendra Graves.
