She was predeceased by: her parents, Dempsey Cutshall and Grace Manis Cutshall; and her siblings, Patsy Carter, Barbara Jones, Martha Carter, Leonard Cutshall, Gary, John and Billy Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Johnson; her sons, Jeremiah Johnson (Chassity) of Mohawk, Lee Tackett (Ashley) of Bulls Gap and Adam Tackett of Bulls Gap; her grandchildren, Nash, Dylan, Kristen, Jonathan, Jesse, Shianna, McKenzie, Sierra and Maddie; her great grandchildren, Hadley and Ian; and her sisters, Vivian Politt of Maryland, Elaine Parker (Gary) of Sneedville and Judy Williams of Rogersville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
